He is supported by Reproductive Freedom For All, which described Ager as “committed to fighting for reproductive freedom.” Ager is endorsed by the Southern Regional Council of Carpenters, the League of Conservation Voters, and End Citizens United.
Balkcom is a State Representative. She said abortion is “never medically necessary” and in the General Assembly, Balkcom voted for a bill that would ban most abortions after 12 weeks. She is endorsed by President Trump.
