Biography
Morse-Bills is the presiding judge on the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court, which covers Alcona, Arenac, Iosco and Oscoda counties. Previously, Morse-Bills was the Oscoda County Prosecuting Attorney and worked in private practice. She said that a “judge's job is to apply the law as it is written” and that she is dedicated to the “principles of fairness and accountability.” Morse-Bills grew up in Oscoda County.
